See your doctor.: I am assuming your toddler has had fifth's disease. This is caused by a virus that could affect you and your unborn baby. Infection in the third trimester is typically less serious but in a few cases could cause problems that may require early delivery. A simple blood test can determine if this is the virus you are dealing with.
