Rash: It could be a variety of things from PUPPS to hives to scabies. Only way to know for sure is have it looked at. In general though you can always take benedryl to help with itching and/or some over the counter hydrocortisone may help until the rash can be evaluated.

Could be contact dei: Dermatitis or the begigining of some rashes associated with pruritic papules of pregnancy or signs of some metabolic changes seen in pregnancy .Discuss it with your obstetrician.
