Pruritic: Pruritus gravidarun is itching of pregnancy found in second or third trimester. Othere condition include a rash sush as impetigo herpetiformis, a rare condition of pregnancy. This itching has to do with mild changes in liver caused by pregnancy. Shale lotion or topical steroids can be helpful. Oral Benadryl (diphenhydramine) is allowed in pregnancy if necessary.
