May not be cancer: Thin stools can be caused by obstruction but not only always because of tumor benign inflammatory conditions can cause in stools such as diverticulosis the best way to find out is to have a colonoscopy partial concert obstructions can progress to complete obstruction this is an abdominal emergency requiring surgery don't wait.
