Options: If this is enhancing your sex life - then just enjoy. However if you or your partner are becoming fatigued or sore, then ask your physician about decreasing your dose or a trial of a different medication. Take care.

Typical side effect: Many antidepressant drugs have this side effect, esp ssris like Prozac and paxil (paroxetine). In fact ssris are sometimes prescribed to men with premature ejaculation. Discuss other possible alternatives with your prescribing physician.
