I've been having symptoms of debilatating extreme fatigue. mono tst is neg, i don't know what to do and dr's are at ends. it's a struggle to stay awake?

Rule out...: I think chronic fatigue syndrome is real, but there are entities to rule out first. Do you have anemia, addison's / simmonds'; lyme disease, B12 deficiency, sleep apnea or a parasomnia (i saw restless-legs ruin a young doctor's career before it was detected), carbon monoxide from a bad home heater, lupus. Just my thoughts. Good luck.
