I am pregnant and know there are foods to avoid. is almond butter something that carries a risk of listeriosis? i know almonds must be pasteurized.

Possibly: Listeriosis primarily is foodborne. Incriminated foods include unpasteurized milk and soft cheeses, deli meat, undercooked poultry, raw vegetables grown in soil contaminated with infected animal feces.
