I've had a cold. i feel on icy steps. went to ed they did chest x-ray and ct. two days later i coughed and felt a pop on the ribs on my right side. side i fell on. now i'm coughing drk green phlegm. ?

Ouch : You could have a broken portion if your chest wall where the cartlidge attached to the ribs, and this won't be seen on x-ray. No treatment other that time and loring your activities based on pain. The phlegm is probably from your cold - viral infection. It should run its course too.
