Dependence: The concern stems from use of opiod narcotics have short and long term complications. You do seem to have many medical issues, yet there are many non narcotic alternatives without the problems of addiction/dependence. Querry your physician about other non narcotic alternative which could help just as effectively.

Suggestions: Cannot judge whether your two opioids are critically needed from your description, but the mix of Percocet and Morphine ER would also make me uncomfortable due to risk of nocturnal apnea and development of long term tolerance. Resolve this by a visit to a Pain Specialist.
