Time will tell: Haloperidol have anti manic properties. 0.25 mg /day is one the low end of the dosing range. This may be an appropriate dose given certain patient characteristics. The goal of treatment is to prevent recurrent mood episodes. The longer his in in remission for more reassuring it will be. Sleep is a good measure of impending recurrence of illness.
