Im 22 my lower back and spine x-rays said there was a narrowing of the space between my l5and s1 it hurt there what is wrong and my coccyx hurts too?

Back pain: X-rays are not the best test i would sugest MRI of lumbar and sacral spine. If there a disk then you have to consult an orthopedic surgeon.
