What do i need to do about picc line leaking?

It depends: It depends on where it is leaking from. If it is leaking from the line itself it needs to be replaced. If it is leaking from the end or one of the caps, it may just need a new cap or it may need to be replaced. You should have it looked at, worst case is if the plastic is in some way compromised then infection could occur.
