Nipple dischare: At age 70 discharge from the breast is concerning. It could be nothing but it could be serious. I would like you to make an appointment to see your doctor tomorrow to get this evaluated please.

Might be.: Nipple d/c on both sides is generally benign, but at your age there are a variety of concerns that should be addressed. See your doc and get a good exam - we can usually tell if the d/c is coming from one duct (bad) or many ducts (good) and whether or not there is blood in the d/c. It will also be important to check your eyes You will probably need some simple labs and a mammogram / ultrasound.
