Sure: I would have them focus on gentle passive stretching. Other modalities like ultrasound, tens, etc can help but have limited efficacy in terms of documented clincical outcomes. As long as your chiropracter knows his or her limitations and when to refer i think they are perfectly capable of helping in this regard. Nothing forceful!
