Unlikely: If your TSH is normal < 2, then your hypothyroidism is adequately treated. You might need to look for other causes and consider other treatment options. Good luck.

No: If your thyroid hormone levels are normal, there should be no impact on your periods. If you have not done so yet, you need to see your gyn for an exam. You might need a d&c.
