How do you know when a cut needs a stitch or if it can get by with a bandage?

Difficult question: If the cut superficial, dose not bleed much, not on face, not puncture, no diabetes, not accidently open (surgical wound), not avulsion wound, not abrasion have foreign body in it, not deep, not a, wide wound, not facial or located around the joints, is not animal or human bite, do not have bleeding disorders and if don have tetanus shots for 7 years. There are wound caused by pressure guns.
