Good hydration: Diarrhea where undigested food comes out is a sign of a severe diarrhea. Dehydration can be a problem in this more severe type of diarrhea. Treating with antimotility agents (imodium (loperamide) etc) is not recommended, let this run its course. If your symptoms don't go away in another few days see your doctor.
