A member asked:

Is it possible for someone with alzheimer's to have multiple personality like behavior?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Might seem so : Personalities commonly change with the progression of alzheimer's, and not unique to see sudden agitation one day with apathy the next. Emotional lability and dyscontrol with unprovoked crying may be seen. Meds can be used for all of this. Many psychiatrists do specialize these days in this area.
