Difficult to say: If you are wearing diapers as a fetish, your urinary system may be a bit confused. Are you able to urinate in the toilet? If you are talking about female ejaculation with sex, that's a different issue. See your doctor and make sure that your urinary system is healthy- no infection- and there are no other problems.
