My nine month old has not urinated as much as he usually does. the diaper had some urine in it but not nearly the same amount as usual. when he awakes in the morning his diaper is usually soaked. this morning it was just barely damp and it has continued

It : It is good that you are so observant about your child's patterns. If your child has decreased urination, it could represent that he is dehydrated, even if he is taking his bottle. It would be a good idea to check his temperature and be sure he isn't running a low grade fever. If he doesn't have as many wet diapers during the day you should check with your pediatrician. If he develops fever, vomiting, any rash, or isn't taking the bottle well then he should be immediately medically evaluated.

Low urine: Is the child ill? Taking fluids. Bring to doc for check.
