See below: Molar pregnancy ( M.P.) can be complete or partial. Complete M.P. Start as a normal pregnancy at first, with developing of symptoms, such as - vaginal bleeding; severe nausea & vomiting; vaginal passage of grape-like cysts; rarely, pelvic pressure or pain. In addition us findings, and very high b-hcg level can be diagnostic. Partial M.P. Presentation may be not so dramatic.
