Would a panniculectomy be the best choice to correct the sagging skin on my stomach?

Depends: Panniculectomy is a functional surgery removing the skin below your belly button. It is not for improvement in appearance. Tummy tuck does the above in addition to relocating the belly button and tightening the muscles. It is done to improve the appearance. Consult with an asps plastic surgeon for help deciding what's best for you.

Panniculectomy : A panniculectomy refers to surgical removal of excess skin and fat of the lower abdomen. In women who have had children the abdominal muscles can be affected and correction of rectus diastasis should be performed as part of an abdominoplasty. An abdominoplasty addresses skin, fat and muscle.
