A few possibilites: Sometimes a viral infection can cause headache and nausea, but migraine headaches can also cause nausea. Do you have a fever or stiff neck? If so, or if you don't feel better tomorrow, see your doctor. Take simple over the counter pain medicine and if you have any nausea medicine, it should be fine to try it. Rest and hydrate gently.
