I have a chronic rash on my chest. it is not itchy and it is slightly raised. how do i get rid of it?

1st get evaluated: It may be "grovers"- red itchy bump disease treated with steroids. Or it could be tinea versicolor- treated with antifungals and antidandruff shampoos. Have a proper evaluation first as you may just have eczema.
