Depends: I will assume you don't have any signs of a stroke (facial weakness/arm or leg weakness on one side of your body, speech problems). If you have any of these symptoms, you should go to the er asap. If you are nauseated and can't stay hydrated, you should go to the er. Otherwise, you should go to an ENT or a neurologist who can do a complete evaluation of your vertigo.
