I had a sonogram a year ago that showed mild degree of cortical atrophy seen bliaterally on kidneys with rt kidney 11.3x4.3x6.4 lf 10.8x5.4x5.4?

Those measurements: Seem ok. Please follow up with nephrologist to check your labs and correlate those with your ultrasound results.
