TLE and sPS: Simple partial seizures may come from the temporal lobe. If there is no loss of contact . Complex partial seizures have loss of contact. Simple partial seizures may come from other areas like the frontal lobe. It is difficult to answer your question without a full history MRI of the brain eeg and video eeg. I recommend a consultation in specialized epilepsy center.
