Temporal Lobe Epilep: One type of tle occuring in the left temporal hemisphere results in a personality change referred to as geschwind syndrome, which consists of hypergraphia (urge to write) , circumstantiality (drifting in conversation) , hyposexuality & hyper-religiousity (increase morality) . So, there is decrease interest in sex, instead of increase.

No.: There is no association between these conditions. One is neither the cause nor associated with the other. A distinct injury to the temporal lobe could conceivably result in both conditions, this would be very unlikely however.

Temporal lobe seizure disorders are noted to exhibit hyposexuality, there is a loss of libido or one's sexual drive. However, there is a subset of patients who underwent a temporal lobe resection for their seizures that were found to exhibit hypersexuality, which can include an increased drive sometimes seen with uncharacteristic behavior for the individual. Example promiscuity not usually seen
