Will fractional laser treatment improve my wrinkles without completely changing my face?

Mostly: Fractional lasers generally make more subtle effects than a facelift. Please see a board certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist to discuss your expectations.

A safer laser: Fractional lasers improve the face by tightening skin and softening wrinkles to give you a "refreshed" look. The co2 laser is the most aggressive and best at tightening and softening deep lines. It is particularly good around the eyes and mouth. A fractional laser works by delivering the beam that covers 20-30% of the skin area. This decreases risks and recovery, but requires 2-3 treatments.
