Laser hair treatment: The laser will only treat pigmented hair. The darker the hair and the lighter the persons skin is, the better the laser will work. If the fine hair is not pigmented the laser will not work. With the appropriate candidate you can get a 85% permanent fair reduction after 3 treatments spaced 2 to 3 months apart.
