Not likely: Seasonal allergies can lead to sneezing, runny nose, congestion, itchy nose, post nasal drip with cough, and fatigue. While there are some allergic conditions that involve "flushing" where there is mast cell release of histamine, called mastocytosis, hot flashes are not associated with seasonal or perennial allergies.
