Somewhat-first have: Allergist help you figure out exactly which items cause your symptoms then some things can be done to lessen exposures: keeping windows closed --clean filters in car---- stay inside when pollen counts are high..But I am unaware of natural items which really help. In fact, some people with pollen allergies who take herbal remedies actually get sicker, they are ingesting their allergic triggers.

Immunotherapy: Allergen immunotherapy is the closest you can get to natural treatment of nasal allergies as it uses allergens you are reactive to to desensitize you to them, but it is not fast. It provides long term relief and gets you to be less dependent on medications. Consult an allergist about your allergies and discuss your options. A saline sinus rinse can help with nasal congestion.
