Why would i have four swollen lymph nodes in my neck that won't go away for the last five months?

You Need a check up: Please see a doctor. Swollen lymph nodes could be sign of infetion, inflammation or cancer. The question is simple: do you have fever, fatigue, losss of weight.....Waxing and waning nodes? Increase in size?, lymph nodes in other areas?....My answer is not meant to get you worried, but rather to get you checked.... Thanks.
