Perhaps: There is one report that i know of from europe where liposuction has successfully resolved a case of upper extremity ( arm) lymphedema but i know of no other case reports in this country.

Zerona +/-: The good news is that you are unlikely to experience bad results from zerona other than the cost of treatment. The bad news, in my opinion, is that many people do not experience the results they seek.

Safe yes. Effective?: Zerona is not liposuction, it is a combination of diet, supplements and surface laser treatment. The laser is unlikely to do anything as the wavelength does not penetrate the skin.
