Zerona : Zerona is not liposuction. Zerona is actually a technology that was originally designed to help speed healing after medical procedures. There are a number of supplements that cause a diuretic effect - and some people will assume the water loss is fat loss. To get rid of fat cells, to date there are only two fda approved nonsurgical systems on the market (to my knowledge) and these are coolsculpting and liposonix. Coolsculpting works by supercooling the fat cells so that the fat crystallizes and is removed from the body by the natural clean up system. Liposonix heats the fat cells, causing them to burst. Both treatments provide a gradual improvement. The only instant fat removal process is liposuction. Be sure you understand the limitations of zerona and the actions of the recommended supplements so you can make educated decisions.

OUTSTANDING : Outstanding question. If zerona were to be truly effective as a stand alone therapy, i would question the use of supplements. To the best of my knowledge, it was not essential to the laser action.

No need: Supplements are supplements. That means they are not essential, however if you have had massive weight loss or health issues, you may need supplements for healing.

Save your money: Zerona is a non-invasive procedure that is supposed to eliminate or reduce fat. I have seen it and am honestly very unimpressed. I perform hundreds of liposuction procedures per year and this is really the only way (besides diet and exercise) to eliminate fat. If it seems too good to be true, it is. Sorry to all those who like to promote it as the best thing since sliced bread.
