No: Zerona lipolaser is never necessary, not before or after a lipo. If you didn't get good enough results with a lipo to make you happy, you will likely be best served by going back to do lipo again. On it's own Zerona has a 28% "worth it" rating on RealSelf.com. I have never spoken to a patient who was happy with the results they got with Zerona. I do not offer this treatment at all.
