What could be the underlying problem with my heart rate being 100 to 125 beats per min while resting?

Need ECG: A heart rate at rest should be inthe 60 to 70 beats. Your resting heart rate is fast. You need to have an ECG to determine the rhythm in your heart. Once we know what it is then we can investigate more and treat that. Is there any symptoms?
