Tachycardia.: Your awful young to have a resting hear rate of 90. You should have your blood pressure checked. Obesity can cause this as well. A sedentary lifestyle doesn't help. Too much salt in ones diet may also attribute to this.

VERY NORMAL: you are talking about a normal heart rate . people who are very athletic might be able to have resting heart rate below 75. 70-90 is a mormal resting heart rate. and the heart can handle it vey well
