Several symptoms: Hypotension means low blood pressure. Some people have normally low blood pressure and have no symptoms. Abnormally low blood pressure may cause one to feel lightheaded, blurring of vision, tired feeling, tendency to sleep a lot, passing out, feeling cold and clammy or shaky and in severe cases shock meaning severe lack of blood flow to vital organs.
