Is common : Low BP during pregnancy is common but doesnt mean the prenancy is the olny cause.Other causes should be ruled out.Thyroid dz, adrenal insuffiency, hypovolemia, etc should be addressed . If you are asymptomatic and there is no fetal distress and work up for secondary causes are ruled out , then should be fine. Your obstatrician may want to follow you more closely then most routine pregnancy.
