Address cause: One reason may be allergies producing nasal congestion. If it is, try nasal steroids. You may also have progressed such that your anatomy encourages sinus infections such as swollen nasal lining or obstruction of your sinus openings. See an ENT who will try to treat it medically first and then resort to surgery, if needed.
