A member asked:

I have positive opks every day for five months now. not pregnant. on prescription metformin. what's the problem?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

PCOS?: Women with pcos can have abnormally high lh levels all the time, that an OPK can misinterpret as ovulation, when lh surges. If you're not having regular periods, you are probably not ovulating. Discuss your concerns with your doctor, and consider referral to reproductive endocrinologist (fertility specialist).
