DBPediatrics: Dbpediatrics was first recognized with a board certification in 2002 by the american board of pediatrics. It is an offshoot of general pediatrics & certification require a 2 yr fellowship after 3 years of general pediatrics residency.The coarse content includes much of the medical & psycho-behavioral issues that impair normal development. Some of the problems treated are coded as mental health.
