What could cause swelling/growth on inner aspect of tibia?

It depends: Any growth or swelling on a bone would concern me. It could be a tumor in case it is growing in size or causing you pain. If it does not settle down in 1-2 weeks, you should show it to you doctor and let him/her examine you.
