Diagnosed with adrenal insufficiency, autoimmune thyroiditis and low t. adrenals not being treated and now having seizures, can this be related?

Possibly: Adrenal insufficiency (ai) can cause hyponatremia, or low sodium. Hyponatremia can cause seizures.
