Are the effects of autism still present even with complete recovery of late stage lyme's disease?

?: Not sure what you mean. Autism is a developmental delay starting before 3 yr old. Though late stage lyme's disease could have CNS involvement, any delay in development would not be considered autism and should resolve with appropriate treatment.
