Depends: Whether you should be concerned about your period being "off track" depends on what you mean by off tract. It is common at 47 for periods to be less regular because of the perimenopause. Normally this means that periods become farther apart and shorter. If they become closer together, heavier, and longer that can be something to worry about. Hope this helps.
