Good diet/exercise: Many things can make a period irregular. You should first take a pregnancy test and then see your doctor. Stress, diet, medications, exercise, etc can influence the timing of periods. Likewise, problems with your thyroid, obesity and disorders of the ovaries can also effect your cycles.
