Frankly anything: but narcotics (a bit much) and DEXTROMETHORPHAN (it has a weak interaction). without an exam, I can only give general information and there are different reasons for cough like irritation (monteleukast maybe antibiotics), infection, drainage, etc.

Lexapro (escitalopram): Many people who are on SSRIs do absolutely fine with mucinex or robitussin. The concern is with something called serotonin syndrome when you mix the two. It can happen with migraine medications as well, and many people who are on ssris take imitrex (sumatriptan) without an issue. Ask you doctor about serotonin syndrome so you know the signs to look for.
