Permanent reduction: Coolsculpting works by freezing or crystallizing fat cells which then die and are permanently eliminated from your body. The remaining cells condense over several weeks to reduce the layer. Of course if you eat more calories than you burn you could regain fat in that area but as long as you maintain a healthy lifestyle you will do time to enjoy the results!
